In 2007 - after four years of developing its alternative and mainstream technology resources for use in its own programs ITE launched a pilot program that would provide direct technical support to five area non profits.  This pilot allowed open access to ITE's various technology resources to these organizations - all of which represented social missions and corporate structures of different sizes, budgets and needs.

This year - on the verge of the 3rd year of this pilot, the program has been deemed an everwhelming success.   A variety of technical services, network and server installations as well as ongoing technical supports were provided to these organizations, and for approximately 40% less than the mainstream options.
