Non Profit Registration Form
To access the resources provided by this program, your organization must meet our guidelines and agree to these terms. By submitting this form, you warranty that:
A) the organization you are registering is a 501(C)3 non profit organization and that the resources provided by this service will be used toward the purpose of that organization;
B) you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of your organization;
C) you agree to all the terms mentioned in this application without exception;
D) your organizations' service area is limited to the United States.
Service limitations: The goods and services provided by this program are for direct support of the recipient organizations' technology infrastructure and/or growth in capacity or service delivery and quality. These services cannot be brokered, distributed, resold or donated to individuals or other organizations. Technical projects must be reviewed by ITE staff for intent, scope and budget purposes before work can be performed.
Shared Resource Limitations: Any paid or free information, training, aids, tools, software/database/website developments or equipment made available to non-profits through this program are not to be resold or redistributed in any form without previously receiving the consent of ITE. Sharing website access or security information is strictly prohibited.
Support and Warranty: This program provides a 7 Day 'Non-DOA' exchange for recovered technology items. In the event this equipment should exhibit manufacturer defect or cease functioning for reasons not due to physical damage, maltreatment, improper servicing or use - the equipment may be exchanged for a comparable replacement (one exchange per item limit). ITE/Skills Inc staff reserve the right to make DOA determinations and exchange decisions. Off lease/factory reconditioned equipment includes a limited 90 day warranty, and new equipment includes the original manufacturers limited warranty (60 days to 3 years - see item listings for details). Skills' Inc, ITE, their partners and donors are not responsible for any loss or additional costs associated with equipment or services provided by this program.
Payments for Goods: Until further notice, equipment can be paid for with a business check or money order at the time equipment is received.
Software Licensing and other Proprietary Rights: Many of the goods and services provided by this program come with manufacturer/publisher/distributor licensing restrictions and copyrights. You agree to comply with these restrictions according to the respective publisher/distributors terms.
End-of-Life Management or Disposal: Electronic equipment is considered by many states to be hazardous waste and their disposal are often subject to environmental laws. When devices provided by this program or its partners are no longer useful to your organization, you agree to use a reputable licensed electronics recycler for their disposal.
